The Dive Centre

The Dive Centre is situated in a superb location at the old town harbour of Puerto del Carmen.

Ample car parking is available, and the harbour is also adequately served by taxis and buses if required.

A wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars are to be found in the harbour, making it a great location to spend the day, have lunch and browse between dives. Non-diving partners will love this popular location as well!

We offer courses for PADI and CMAS including a wide range of specialty courses.

Island Watersports offers Try Out lessons for non divers and also courses up till instructor.

Our team of highly experienced and friendly instructors will be always on site to help you with any kind of problems, that may occur.

We speak English, Dutch, Spanish and German.

The first class facilities in the centre include: a changing area with hot showers and toilets, personal equipment storage and equipment washing and hanging area.

A full range of top quality diving equipment is available for hire if you do not wish to bring your own, including steel cylinders in 10, 12 and 15 litres with DIN and INT valves.

A Bauer compressor with 550 litres per minute is also onsite.

A retail shop is provided on the premises offering a wide selection of snorkelling and scuba diving equipment for sale at competitive prices. We are also equipped to carry out any repairs or servicing that may be required negating the need to carry spares or tools.

For the certified diver we offer morning and afternoon guided shore and boat dives. Night dives are organised on Tuesdays and Saturdays or available on request.

First Aid box, Oxygen Kit, VHF radio and GPS is always on our boat, while diving.

In Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero we offer our divers and students a pick up and drop off service.
